Establishing a Removal Plan
- Summary of all key events required – (to define the individual elements)
- Survey of Existing and new site premises
- Timings
- Relevant vehicle and floor space considerations
- Number of Removal staff required
There are a large number of aspects to this particular function. Working with the checklist and your specifically appointed Project Manager will ensure that you cover everything, even down to very minor aspects of the move. Both your Relocation Co-ordinator and our Project Manager will advise relevant staff of timings and physical aspects of the move.
