Legal Representatives
I have found my new premises - What’s the next step ?
Legal Representation
Once the new premises have been found it will be necessary to obtain the right type of legal representation in order to provide services such as conveyancing if you are purchasing the property or for establishing commercial lease or rental agreements. Some of our clients may already have a relationship with a legal practice, if not, we would be happy to provide contact with someone who is specialized in this area.
Disposal of your old Property
Whilst your business is all lined up for relocation to your new premises, you may under certain circumstances be left with having to dispose of or rectify elements of your current building for handing it back to the landlords. Movingpremises.net can assist you.
There may be some major advantage for a specific disposal process, either selling, leasing, sub-leasing or renting. In addition there are issues of dilapidations. This is one of the most contentious areas, which may involve a legal obligation to make functional alterations to your old premises.
