Staff Responsibility

This person will have detailed knowledge of the checklists and an inherent understanding of the moving process. They will offer your relocation co-ordinator hints and guidance as the move proceeds as well as true project management on an ongoing basis. Within this guidance, you will receive information which will help you to structure the whole process. In terms of planning and project management we will assist you to put a focused framework into place with colleagues so that staff involvement and responsibilities for each area of the relocation is anticipated.
