Assembly
Once the physical materials have been transferred they then require re-assembly. This in itself is a skilled task. If there are many desks, tables or other furniture to reassemble the time required to carry this work out has to be built into the overall project plan.
And of course, the removal of crates and boxes in a timely manner also has to be considered. Again, to work efficiently, this has to be timed sensibly.
